"Complete Small-School Makeover"
Mark likes to refer to our more comprehensive projects as “complete small school makeovers,” which is a reference to a reality show that we don’t think he’s actually ever seen. But he does have a special place in his heart for our soup-to-nuts projects: research, logo, stationery, website, viewbook, magazine and on, and on and on. And he seems to be proudest when he can deliver all this for a small organization that would have trouble marshalling separate vendors to bring it all together. Of course, all our clients become small – like family – if it’s a good fit. He did a pretty big makeover for Tufts University, but by the time he was done, he seemed to know most of the folks on campus.
